Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in electronic repair or a two-year electronics degree.
• Able to read schematics, blueprints and BOMs.
• Strong troubleshooting of hydraulic components, relays, PLCs.
• Experience with data logging and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive functional testing on complex systems, subassemblies, and components to verify operational integrity.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance inspections throughout the assembly process to mitigate defects and ensure end-user safety.
• Configure and calibrate sophisticated testing equipment to maintain accurate performance metrics and data collection.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical system failures, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain meticulous manufacturing records and documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to address technical challenges and optimize assembly workflows.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S and Kaizen, to enhance daily operational efficiency and workplace organization.
