Job summary

A well-established manufacturing company in Raleigh is seeking an Electromechanical Production Supervisor for a contract-hire position. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Electro-Mechanical Assembly team, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising production teams and be comfortable with technical drawings and schematics. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 6am to 2pm.

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a well-established manufacturing company in the Raleigh area with their search for an Electromechanical Production Supervisor. This is a contract-hire role working Monday through Friday 6am-2pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Electro-Mechanical Assembly team.
• Ensure production goals are achieved without compromising quality or safety.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics in assembly work.
• Track team productivity, workflow efficiency, and labor use.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development for assembly technicians.
• Quickly identify and solve technical or production-related issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to overcome production obstacles.
• Lead process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and performance.
• Keep accurate records of production output and team performance.

Requirements

• Experience supervising or managing a production team is required.
• Background in electrification, electro-mechanical assembly, or related industries is a plus.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of power distribution units, industrial controls, or switchgear preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
