Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher.
  • 3–5 years of related engineering or product design experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large engineering or product development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develops complex electromechanical systems with robust, precise movement for a variety of applications.
  • Translates customer and market requirements into product specifications and design documentation.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and time to market.
  • Evaluates design risks using DFMEA and adheres to safety standards.
  • Generates engineering drawings using ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T practices.
  • Supports manufacturing through Stage Gate processes and provides field technical support.
