Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher
  • 3–5 years of related engineering or product design experience
  • Proven ability to manage large engineering projects
  • Experience with DFMEA and design for manufacturability
  • Strong CAD skills in Inventor or SolidWorks

Responsibilities

  • Develops complex electromechanical systems with a focus on reliability and manufacturability
  • Translates customer and market requirements into product specifications
  • Performs engineering analyses including tolerance stack-up, stress, and fatigue
  • Generates engineering drawings using ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and time to market
  • Drives risk assessments and supports verification and validation activities
  • Provides technical direction to drafters and communicates status to the program office
  • Supports customer on-site testing and field follow-ups
  • Maintains documentation and changes in ERP systems
