Tripp Electric Motors, an MCE Company, in Belle Glade, FL, is hiring a full-time Motor Rewind Technician — Electromechanical Repair. You will rewind, repair, test single-phase and three-phase motors, DC fields, armatures, wound rotors, and transformers following EASA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safety procedures are essential.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electromechanical equipment for damage and electrical faults.
• Dismantle, rewind, and repair various motors, fields, armatures, and transformers per EASA standards.
• Operate repair and testing equipment safely and accurately and document results.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete required paperwork on time.
