4/10 schedule with 50% telework is offered; hourly rate $55–$65 on non‑benefitted W2. Candidates need a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years' hands‑on experience with CCA board design, Creo/Windchill, and Zuken/IPC standards in aerospace/defense cycles.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with CCA board mechanical design and manufacturing support.
• At least 3 years of Creo and Windchill.
• At least 3 years of Zuken, IPC standards, aerospace/defense product cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate complex electronic hardware with emphasis on CCA board layouts.
• Select connectors and ensure fit, clearance, and tolerance using PTC Creo and Windchill.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, define and oversee test plans, and manage board integration with enclosures.
• Cable and harness design; Zuken experience is a plus.
• Produce high‑quality design documentation and support DFx reviews.
