Job summary

Sunrise Systems is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician in Pembroke, MA to assemble mechanical parts, PCBs, and wiring harnesses per engineering drawings. The role involves wiring, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and safety.

You will read procedures, operate hand and power tools, and document test data while maintaining clean, safe work areas and adhering to SOPs. 2–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly procedures.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Component Assembly: Assemble mechanical parts, PCBs, wiring harnesses per drawings.
• Wiring & Soldering: Perform wiring, crimping, routing, and soldering per IPC standards.
• Testing & Calibration: Conduct functional, mechanical, and electrical tests.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve standard electrical, electronic, or mechanical issues.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect inbound components and assemblies per SOPs.
• Documentation: Complete production route sheets, test logs, and non‑conformances.
• Maintenance & Safety: Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with guidelines.
