Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler in Irvine, CA to support the installation and testing of mechanical and electromechanical components.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting torque, routing cables, and ensuring adherence to safety SOPs. The role involves working with actuators (Festo) and pneumatic systems, with emphasis on quality and precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading detailed electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the installation of mechanical components to meet drawing specifications using screws, dowel pins, retainer rings, etc.
• Reads blueprints for proper order of assembly and to ensure accurate torque setting for screws.
• Assists in installation of electromechanical components such as electric linear actuators (Festo) and pneumatic actuators.
• Installs electromechanical components such as electric linear actuators (Festo) and pneumatic actuators.
• Assists in the installation of components such as air cylinders, valves, flow control valves, and air filter regulators and lubricators, according to pneumatic schematics.
