VJ X-Ray LLC is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler to build cable harnesses and electronic assemblies to IPC standards. You will assemble, solder, program controllers, and support prototype testing while following safety policies.
The role requires reading schematics, using PCad/EDrawings, and collaborating with the engineering team in a fast‑paced production environment.

An Electro/Mechanical Assembler role is responsible for building electronic components to specifications while ensuring that high quality products are delivered globally to meet VJX’s stringent quality and safety standards.
Fabricate complete cable and harness assemblies, via wire selection, cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning of wire per product design specifications, schematics, wire lists and IPC standards
Populate and solder electronic assemblies with through-hole and surface-mount components
Populating and soldering PCB’s
Set-Up units for burn-in process
Program and calibrate controllers
Support engineering team in building electronic and mechanical prototypes and test fixtures
Work from schematics and other engineering documentation
Use PCad and EDrawing effectively
Train others on department procedures
Follow all VJX and OSHA workplace safety requirements and policies
