In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing electromagnetic systems and devices for a wide range of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromagnetics theory, computational modeling, and practical experience in electromagnetic design.

This position is contingent upon contract award in Early 2025.

This position is full time and can be worked remotely or on site in Bedford, IN.

Relocation assistance will be considered on a case by case basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analyses using software tools such as ANSYS HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, or COMSOL Multiphysics
  • Design and optimize electromagnetic components and systems, including antennas, RF circuits, and microwave devices
  • Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis for electronic systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electromagnetic solutions into larger systems or products
  • Prototype and test electromagnetic devices and systems in laboratory environments
  • Stay current with advancements in electromagnetics technology and contribute to research and development projects

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
