Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an EW Scenario Writer to design and synchronize electromagnetic warfare storylines, MSEL injects, and dynamic scripts for training exercises. You will integrate current threats and intelligence inputs to deliver realistic EMS conditions and advise leadership on EW impacts.

Qualifications include EW NCO/officer background, MS Office proficiency, and a Secret clearance. 10+ years in the military with HS diploma, or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, are acceptable.

Qualifications

• EW NCO or Officer experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Army EW and Army/Joint doctrine to support WFX requirements.
• Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years in the military, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years in the military.

Responsibilities

• Provide EW scenario products and SME support to replicate a realistic operational environment for training objectives.
• Develop EW storylines and MSEL injects aligned to unit training objectives across EMS capabilities.
• Coordinate EW storyline development within the broader scenario design and support dynamic scripting during live exercises.
• Advise exercise design on EW impacts to training audiences and integrate real-world threats and lessons learned into EW storyline.
• Contribute to exercise planning documents (Annex B/C, Appendix 12, etc.) and develop EW events for inclusion in briefs.
• Train, monitor, and advise the commander on EW doctrine and tactics; propose EW events for inclusion in briefs.
• Prepare and present recommended EW workarounds and mitigations to the Rules and Workaround Committee.
• Synchronize and supervise EW-related storylines and MSEL execution across play areas during exercises.
