At San Mateo Medical Center, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services. We are seeking an Electrograph Technician I/II to operate and maintain electrocardiographs (EKG), prepare patients, and assist cardiologists during cardiac imaging studies. The role includes training to operate electroencephalograph (EEG), electromyographic (EMG), and related equipment for neurological testing.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
Electrograph Technician I ($30.47 - $38.10 hourly) is an entry-level position. Incumbents perform EKG procedures under supervision and may advance to Technician II after training and demonstrated proficiency.
Electrograph Technician II ($35.14 - $43.93 hourly) is a journey-level position responsible for independent operation of EKG equipment and assisting with EEG and EMG procedures.
