Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care within the Electrodiagnostics department. This full-time position operates 0.9 FTE with day shifts (0700 1630) and includes weekend requirements.

You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate discharge needs, and educate patients and families according to age, culture, and learning needs. Adherence to Nurse Practice Act and BLS requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• RN - Licensed as a Registered Nurse. Eligible to practice nursing in Kentucky required upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 45 days of employment.
• KY nursing licensure must be active upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
