Compensation: Pay Range: $16.00 - 26.00 / hour. Job Description: Through on-the-job training, you will learn to perform non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures (e.g., nerve conduction studies, blink reflexes, evoked potentials, repetitive nerve stimulation, autonomic testing). You will assist with various techniques and operation of conventional and/or portable equipment needed to perform a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures in an ambulatory and/or inpatient ICU setting under the technical supervision of a lead or specialist level technologist. You will demonstrate an awareness of neurodiagnostic electrical safety and promote equipment checks and maintenance to help ensure the maintenance of a safe operating environment. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience performing neurodiagnostic studies.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in or graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Program or an Associate's degree or higher in a science-related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
