Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred; some post-secondary education may be required.
• Experience as a Technician in a full-time or temporary role is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, skills and abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Learn, accept and live Century Aluminum's Safety Mission Statement.
• Collaborate with Potlines, Bake Furnace, Rodding and Green Mill to ensure consistent quality of product.
• Develop, document, and update all Standard Work Practices (SWP's).
• Maintain accurate daily records of production, quality and repairs and manage hourly timekeeping.
