Job summary

CACI's Ascent Vision Technologies (AVT) in Belgrade, MT seeks an Electro Optical Technician to assemble and test gyro-stabilized camera systems, from components to complete gimbals. You will read design drawings, follow procedures, calibrate performance, and document results. Up to 10% travel may be required in the Continental US.

You will diagnose defects, support QMS and RMAs, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining ESD and 5S discipline in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair processes related to electronics.
• Must follow written and verbal directions closely and maintain 5S/ESD discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gyro-stabilized camera systems per drawings and build procedures.
• Calibrate systems to meet performance specs and test aerospace components.
• Diagnose and repair defects in aerospace components and systems.
• Read drawings and document test results and repair actions taken.
• Maintain QA records and support QMS/RMA activities.
