Job summary
Seurat Technologies is seeking an engineer to bridge our HP Mantis laser testing, LV cleanroom manufacturing, and 3D printer processes. The role involves performance testing, CAD model creation, SOP maintenance, and cross-functional troubleshooting to ensure reliable laser and LV systems.
Ideal candidates will have cleanroom experience with optics/semiconductors, strong CAD capabilities, and DOE/data-tracking expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience in electro-optical, semiconductor, or laser systems manufacturing.
- Hands-on cleanroom experience with sensitive optics/liquids crystal devices/semiconductors.
- Advanced CAD skills for assembly models and drawings.
- Experience executing DOEs and managing data tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute standard tests on the HP Mantis laser platform and generate detailed device performance reports.
- Create and maintain CAD drawings and SOPs for LV configurations and cleanroom processes.
- Troubleshoot system-level 3D printer issues and assist process engineering with LV integration.
