Qualifications
2-5 years’ experience in a sustaining engineering management environment related to industrial products support.
Specific experience in design, technical support, service, and repair of valves and/or actuation products preferred.
Comfortable working with little to no administrative support.
Responsibilities
Create AutoCAD 2D wiring diagrams of electronic actuators and other components.
Create 2D drawings and 3D models of existing products.
Assist Quality/RMA Department with technical emails and documents.
Work with project managers on technical packages.
Provide technical support to employees, distributors, and customers.
Skills
Experience with electro-mechanical systems
Proficiency in PLCs
Knowledge of valve automation
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Strong communication skills
