Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 at our Stafford, VA site. You will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on all installed equipment, with 12-hour rotating day shifts (12pm–12am).

The role involves repairing and maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE), performing preventative maintenance, and using electrical test equipment to diagnose circuits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• Experience with maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot circuitry.
• Create and close work orders with appropriate data.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine resources needed for resolution.
• Identify and track spare parts from inventory.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures.
• Maintain positive relationships across the organization.
