Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and testing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine to moderately complex electro‑mechanical functions including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronics and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Tests and troubleshoots system and component level problems; supports new system installations and upgrades.
• Works from schematics, diagrams, and written or verbal instructions to perform testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintains logbooks and test procedures documentation with clear writing.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum testing on AMAT platforms to specs and documentation.
• Follows safety policies; maintains a safe, clean work environment and reports hazards or incidents.
• Gains familiarity with current manufacturing/engineering processes and assists in problem correction, may perform rework and generates Quality Notifications.
