Belmark Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician II to join a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing team in Wisconsin.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support facility operations to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates have 8+ years electro-mechanical experience, or 4+ years with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology, and proven problem-solving skills.

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow written and oral English communication.
• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Maintain auxiliary equipment and facility systems.
• Support general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime.
