Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant electro-mechanical industrial experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC) and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to analyze faults and perform basic root-cause troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
• Certifications such as A/C, Electrical Maintenance, or Stationary Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve equipment-related complaints following maintenance procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists to diagnose issues.
• Support maintenance activities while following procedures and safety practices.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical systems to identify root causes.
• Use diagnostic tools to aid corrective actions.
• Assist in inspection and repair to ensure reliability and complaint closure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Utilize basic computer systems for reporting and maintenance records.
