Benshaw in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician I-II to support wiring and assembly of low and medium voltage drives and control panels. The role requires using hand and power tools, reading electrical schematics, and following safety and quality standards.

Two shifts available with overtime and weekend hours as needed. Candidates should have at least 2 years wiring experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competenze

• 2+ years wiring experience.
• Understand wire color codes, wire size, schematics, creep/strike distances, measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
• Experience using common assembly tools (screwdrivers, hand tools, sockets, wire crimpers, impact drivers).
• Ability to work independently to meet milestones.
• Commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Wire and mount parts, fabricate enclosures, assemble stacks, and install power wires and wire harnesses per electrical schematics and shop instructions.
• Carry out a variety of wiring and assembly operations to support Benshaw Inc.
• Cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills.
