We Are Currently Offering Two Work Schedule Options
  1. Rotating Nights/Days Shift Schedule - Rotation is M/T - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, W/Th - off, F/S/Sun - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with a two-week pattern that repeats opposite days/nights.
  2. Night Shift Schedule - 6:00 pm - 6:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Objective

The Plant Maintenance team provides automation and electro-mechanical support for production machines and equipment, aiming to minimize downtime through troubleshooting and repairs, including scheduled maintenance. The role involves working in a team to troubleshoot, repair, document issues, and perform preventative maintenance on high-speed manufacturing, injection molding, packaging, and sterilizing equipment. Additional tasks include project work, offline rebuilds, and training other technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations technicians and Engineers to minimize machine downtime and improve output.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and document machine issues.
  • Diagnose PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)/HMI (Human Machine Interface) control systems software.
  • Perform and document preventative maintenance.
  • Communicate machine issues/downtime to other shifts and management.
  • Assist with offline machine rebuilds or prep work.
  • Work a twelve-hour rotational shift schedule.
  • Support equipment build/integration and training as needed.
  • Support manufacturing equipment under supervision.
Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical apprenticeship or Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Specialized Skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in equipment repair and preventative maintenance roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries beneficial.
  • Attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork.
Additional Skills
  • Understanding of cGMP and clean room environments preferred.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; PLC experience desirable.
  • Experience with robotics and injection molding machines is a plus.
