Job summary

SiPhox Health in Burlington, MA is seeking a hands-on builder to assemble electro-mechanical systems from components to functional units, and to rework PCBA and wiring harnesses to spec. This role emphasizes ownership and craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering reliable assemblies for a first-of-its-kind home diagnostics platform.

You will work closely with hardware, mechanical, and software engineers on bring-up, repair, and production support, exercising independent judgment and owning

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling electro-mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in PCBA rework and soldering.
• Ability to document work instructions and maintenance logs.
• Experience building and reworking wiring harnesses.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software boundaries.
• Self-directed with initiative and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems from components to functional units.
• Rework PCBA and solder at component level.
• Build and rework wiring harnesses to spec.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive repairs.
• Install, setup, and support manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Identify issues proactively and propose fixes.
