Cabinetworks Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician 1 (1E) to troubleshoot and support medium to complex automation systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and machine controls. Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of VFDs and industrial communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Maintenance Technician 1M duties.
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls schematics regardless of machine origin.
• Troubleshoot VFDs, servo systems, relay logic, safety circuits, sensors, and distributed I/O.
• Diagnose analog and digital control systems.
• Read and modify basic PLC ladder logic.
• Develop basic PLC programs and machine improvements.
• Support CNC routers, conveyors, finishing systems, and woodworking equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and integrators
