LALA US manufactures Yogurt Smoothie with Probiotics, Frusion Yogurt Smoothie, Crema Mexicana, and Blended Yogurt. The facility offers a clean, well-lit, highly automated production environment with career advancement opportunities.

• Competitive pay: $31.59 per hour with a $1.25/hour shift differential for hours between 6:00PM and 6:00AM.

Hours: 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Wednesday-Saturday.

Essential Functions

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions using visual, auditory senses, testing, and technical publications.
• Report and take action to prevent food safety and quality issues.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
• Experience with food processing and packaging equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of machinery repair, troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic, and electrical/electronic skills.
• CMMS experience is highly desired.
• Ammonia training is a plus.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Regular and prompt attendance during scheduled hours.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, eager to learn and grow.
• Reliable, conscientious, precise, and self-motivated.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
