Electro-Maintenance Technician (Food Machines / Warehouse / Conveyor Belt - Diagnosis, Repair, Replacement)

BOTH ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL REPAIR

We are seeking a multi-skilled technician responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and repairing both mechanical and electrical issues on all production-related machinery. Responsibilities include performing scheduled preventative maintenance to prevent unplanned stoppages, increasing asset efficiency, and enhancing operator technical skills.

• Repairing, replacing parts for food service equipment such as mixers, batchers, conveyors, sensors, and packing machines.
• Working with electrical systems, electronics, control circuits at 480V.
• Handling AC & servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshooting motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems.
• Replacing, setting up, and calibrating electronic components.
• Performing preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Upgrading panels and electrical grids, conducting inspections, and testing equipment as needed.
• Creating and updating electrical layout drawings for projects.
• Overseeing and updating mechanical and electrical installations and schematics.
• Using test tools such as voltmeters and amp probes.
• Experience working in food environments and GMP standards.
• Experience working in refrigerated environments.

This is a direct hire position, available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Pay rate: $33-37 per hour + sign-on bonus.
