Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems (high & low voltage), hydraulics, HVAC/R.
• Proficiency with CMMS and field service tools.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues using schematics and manuals
• Operate and calibrate precision instruments (ammeters, ohmmeters, multimeters)
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS
• Repair or replace components including high/low voltage electrical parts and HVAC/R systems
• Inspect machinery to identify potential failures or hazards
• Support field service activities during production shifts
• Use scissor lifts and other equipment safely
• Follow schematics and drawings for accurate repairs and installations
• Support technical sales with expertise on mechanical systems

• Repair or replace components including high voltage electrical parts, low voltage controls, and HVAC/R systems

• Assist with field service activities and support manufacturing operations during production shifts
• Utilize field tools such as scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely and effectively
• Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate repairs and installations
• Support technical sales teams by providing expertise on mechanical systems when needed

Skills

• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities
• Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding ( welding), and schematics interpretation
• Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely
• Familiarity with analysis tools for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Excellent mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures
• Strong customer service orientation when collaborating with internal teams or external clients
• Effective communication skills in English for documentation and teamwork purposes
