Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience required; PLC programming a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and reading ladder logic to identify faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.

Please apply only if you live within 37 miles of Ravenna.Location: Hiram, OHPay: $34.10–$36.70/hr, plus a $2.10/hr premium for 12-hour nights.Shift: Nights, 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation.We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility.
