Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, conveyors, and packaging systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Allen Bradley PLC's and other electrical control systems.
• Maintain and improve equipment performance using pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
• Assist in designing and installing new machinery, ensuring safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
• Document maintenance and repair work.
• Follow safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, and electrical controls.
• Experience with motors, conveyors, packaging equipment, and Allen Bradley PLC's.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and efficiency.
• Ability to document work and contribute to procedures.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
