Keurig Dr Pepper in Essex Junction, VT is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability within the Coffee Operating Unit.
The technician will perform electrical wiring on control circuits, support root-cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Location: 30 Gauthier Dr., Essex Junction VT 05452
Shift & Schedule: Nights 2 Shift | Friday- Sunday and alternating Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM. Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
The Electro Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
