Job summary

WITRON is hiring a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to support a highly automated distribution center environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and PLC-based system support to keep material handling and automation systems running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting (480V, 3-phase, controls).
• Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated systems.
• Work on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (3-phase, 480V), VFDs, and mechanical equipment.
• Support operations by minimizing downtime in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Use CMMS systems to track maintenance activities.

• Work includes time incold storage and freezer environments(down to-10°F)
• Exposure to anindustrial warehouse setting with automated systems
