Job summary

Still Sverige Ab is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in a fast-paced setting in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/electro-mechanical issues, and document all work orders.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate's degree or vocational technical training is helpful.
• Specialized skill training/certification is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with data like labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and identify resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Respond to service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to tackle them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $30 to $35 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skill s.

What We Are Looking For

High School diploma or equivalent experience required. An associate's degree or vocational technical training is helpful.

Specialized skill training/certification is a plus.

2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.

Proven experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.

Job conditions can involve tight spaces, dust, odors, temperature variations, noise, vibration, standing on concrete, and wet surfaces.

Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and holiday hours as needed.
