Job summary

Mirion in Connecticut seeks an electro-mechanical assembler to fabricate panels, mount assemblies, wire components, and test turnkey systems in accordance with engineering diagrams and QA procedures. Qualifications

• Completion of vocational training in electronics, electrical, or similar discipline.
• Three years electro-mechanical experience in lieu of formal education.
• Proficiency with test equipment (DVM, Ammeters, Oscilloscopes) and wiring skills.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, procedures and work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and QA/documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of electrical control panels and enclosures.
• Building mechanical assemblies.
• Integration of cables and control assemblies into final product.
• Installation and configuration of software.
• Preliminary and final testing of product.
• Inventory management.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Manage project timelines and task assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
