Job summary

Newly Weds Foods - USA is seeking a plant Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair PLCs and VFDs, maintain large-scale equipment, and support safety and quality on the production floor.

The role involves preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, installation and debugging of new systems, and forklift service. Strong teamwork, GMP/OSHA knowledge, and 1–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Maintenance Technology or related field.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs; programming not required.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA and food-industry safety practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain large-scale mixers, blenders, ovens, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install, debug, and stabilize new and existing equipment.
• Service forklifts and lift trucks; assist warehouse.
• Record maintenance data and work orders; report to Maintenance Manager.
• Overtime as required and related duties as assigned.
