You will operate diagnostic equipment, maintain repair reports, and collaborate with peers to improve products.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of equipment repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, troubleshoot, and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical equipment per company policies and procedures.
• Repair equipment including controllers, power supplies, print heads and ink systems; inspects and tests all products to maintain quality.
• Adjust and tune products to provide optimum service and reliability according to established procedures and methods.
• Operate diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, pulsed generators, strobe lights, microscopes and other equipment.
• Monitors and reports on inventory of working stock and related items; maintains reports and filing.
• Ensure repair reports are completed for every work order and properly filed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
