Job summary

PPG in Mojave, CA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician to keep production lines safe, stable, and efficient. You will service assets to spec, perform preventive maintenance, and help reduce downtime.

This role requires hands-on maintenance, basic electrical know-how, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical know-how in manufacturing preferred.
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs on a routine basis.
• Open to overtime based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Service assets to spec—clean, lube, align, and calibrate to prevent downtime.
• Isolate faults through testing; repair systems and replace components as needed.
• Execute preventive/corrective maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend design or process improvements to boost yield and availability.
• Author clear reports and maintenance procedures when modifications are made.
