Job summary

Toyo Tires Tire Manufacturing in White, GA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep robotic cells and PLC-driven equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley PLCs, calibrate VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and implement preventive maintenance to extend asset life. A safety-first mindset and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school credentials or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• Direct PLC experience with Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Experience with AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Strong interpretation of electrical schematics and lockout/tagout practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot robotic, PLC-controlled equipment to minimize downtime.
• Repair and tune AC/DC servo drives, VFDs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans to extend asset life.
• Interpret electrical schematics accurately and ensure safe wiring.
• Perform regular machine safety inspections and comply with LOTO procedures.
