Job summary

HM Electronics is seeking a Receiving Inspector I for a 6-month temporary assignment on first shift in Carlsbad, CA. You will inspect incoming parts and assemblies, perform First Article inspections, and document results in the ERP system.

Basic electro-mechanical reading and measurement skills are required, with IPC-610 preferred. The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to use CMMs, calipers, micrometers and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Technical School or Certificate is preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience in inspection.
• IPC 610 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate electro-mechanical inspections for conformance to requirements.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming material.
• Perform First Article Inspections to ensure conformance.
• Record inspection results in ERP and quality documents and support audits.
