Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing electro-mechanical and/or opto-mechanical systems.
• 1–3 years of experience in PWB layout and design.
• Knowledge of medical device quality systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical components for medical products.
• Develop, modify, and maintain PWB layouts.
• Perform testing and debugging of printed wiring board assemblies.

PWB design software proficiency (Altium Designer)

CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks)

Surface-mount technology (SMT)

Tolerance analysis using CAD tools

GD&T principles knowledge
