ePropelled Inc is seeking a Production Technician for all levels (1–5) in Laconia, NH. This full-time role on the second shift assembles and tests electro-mechanical components on semi-automated lines and works with quality, stockroom, and engineering teams to ensure timely builds.

Positions offer shift options (first or second shift), a $1.50 per hour second-shift premium, and clear career progression from Tech 1 to Tech 5 as experience and skills grow, with benefits including health insurance,

Qualifications

• Tech 1: No experience.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Follows instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components based on work instructions.
• Operate tools and semi-automated equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform basic quality checks and follow internal procedures.

• Assist with material movement and process improvements.
