Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Production Technician to join our onsite manufacturing team in San Jose. You will support day‑to‑day operations, assemble subassemblies, and test finished products with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires 4+ years in electro‑mechanical assembly, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with a skilled team to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalentwork experience. (must have electro‑mechanical assembly exposure)
• 4+ years in electro‑mechanical assembly in manufacturing or similar environment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work around heavy equipment and tools
• Work in various positions around fixed equipment, ladders, lifts, and PPE required
• Experience with safety procedures and compliance to codes

Responsibilities

• Observe safety procedures and follow codes and guidelines
• Build and test subassemblies and assemblies from work orders and instructions
• Operate tools and equipment for electro‑mechanical assembly, inspection, and documentation
• Use measurement tools, test fixtures, and electronic equipment for testing
• Read diagrams, manuals, and specifications and interpret them accurately
• Enter data on a computer for work order progress, quality, and labor details
• Perform audits to ensure parts availability and defect‑free components
• Elevate non‑conformances to Manufacturing Manager and participate in continuous improvement
