Job summary

Radio Design Labs in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Production Worker to support electronic assembly and machine operation. The role involves cross-training in assembly and metal fabrication, with emphasis on accuracy, hand-eye coordination, and safe equipment use.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and soldering experience. Strong basic computer skills and the ability to read assembly instructions are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience soldering through-hole and/or surface-mount components with lead-free solder.
• Basic computer skills to access network-based assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronics, install components, and perform lead-free soldering.
• Assist in potting, sanding, PCB de-panelizing, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, and serialization.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure assemblies meet specs.
• Read and follow sequential assembly instructions and drawings.
• Identify standard electronic components and maintain orderly workstations.
• Operate machines for metal fabrication per blueprints and production plans.
