Job summary

RDL in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Production Worker who will blend electronic assembly and machine operation responsibilities. The role requires cross-training in assembly and metal fabrication, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities include soldering through-hole and surface mount components, wiring, PCB handling, operating Press Brake and other equipment, and ensuring quality with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience soldering through-hole and/or surface mount electronic components using lead-free solder.
• Basic computer skills sufficient to access and navigate network-based assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Electronic assembly responsibilities including soldering, wiring, and assembling components with attention to detail.
• Machine operation responsibilities including reading blueprints, setting up and operating equipment, and ensuring measurements meet specs.
• Follow safety instructions and use precise measuring tools to verify production specs.
• Set up workstations and handle materials independently; adhere to documented assembly instructions.
