Job summary

CHENEGA MANUFACTURING SERVICES, LLC in Panama City, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor who bridges engineering, quoting, and manufacturing. The role oversees production of MIL-SPEC cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies while ensuring IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001, and AS9100:D compliance.

You will estimate labor and materials from drawings, write work instructions, and establish testing protocols.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in electronics field or minimum five years’ electronics assembly/testing experience.
Minimum three years’ experience in wire harness fabrication, MIL-SPEC cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 preferred.

Responsibilities

Estimating labor times and material quantities from customer requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to support manufacturing operations.
Author and validate Manufacturing Work Instructions and testing procedures.
Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses, MIL-SPEC cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical chassis systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and track calibration cycles for production equipment.
Ensure quality by adhering to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 standards.
