Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC and VFD troubleshooting, and supporting installations and start-up projects on rotating shifts. Candidates should have at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing or production.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; interpret ladder logic.
• Install and modify electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and robotic systems.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and start-up projects.
• Rebuild and fabricate components; complete maintenance documentation.
