Job summary
Axion Recruitment in Wooster, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a busy production facility. The role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance of all equipment with a strong electro-mechanical skillset.
You will work across a manufacturing site on 3rd shift and be responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance, PLCs, instruments, and electrical components. Qualifications include 4+ years in industrial maintenance, 3-phase electrics, and experience with machine maintenance
Qualifications
- Experience in a production Manufacturing environment.
- Industrial maintenance (Minimum 4 Years)
- Electrical troubleshooting and fault finding
- 3-phase electrics and electrical systems
- Machine maintenance experience (Food/FMCG/Packaging or similar)
Responsibilities
- Proactive and reactive maintenance of production machinery
- Working with PLC’s, instruments, microprocesses and electrical components
- Maintain Complex electrical faults, electronics and pneumatic controls
- Planned and reactive maintenance (PPM)
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete installations and troubleshooting on production machinery.
- Complete project work as needed by the business.
- Service and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
