Job summary

Pioneer Transformers is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Greeneville, TN. The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment used in transformer component production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical control systems
• Experience troubleshooting equipment including winders, slitters, presses, annealing and cutting lines; conveying and material handling systems

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production equipment and related systems
• Diagnose issues with motors, drives, PLC-controlled systems, sensors, relays and material handling equipment
• Complete scheduled PM tasks and ensure proper equipment documentation using CMMS or logs
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, equipment schematics, work orders and maintenance logs
• Repair or rebuild mechanical components and fabricate basic brackets or guards as needed
• Follow OSHA, LOTO, NFPA 70E and company safety policies and participate in safety audits
