The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with technical training, at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, and proficiency with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems. CMMS experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training, certification, or related coursework preferred.
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Experience working with industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to maximize uptime.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Current Openings: First Shift | 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM & Second Shift | 4:00 PM — 12:00 AM

Future Schedule: Transitioning to a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule within approximately six months, with First Shift and Third Shift options available
